After 37 years of being in business Varicon is proud of being one of the largest Custom Plastic Injection Molding Companies in Quebec and for that matter in Canada. By implementing our Robotic and Automation program in 2020 our company is now one of the few molders who can offer these technical benefits and advancements to their Customers.

Varicon's goal of introducing robotics/automation throughout the plant was to insure that this state-of-the-art process is not only a positive asset to all our Customers but to insure that cost effective Injection Molding can be done in North America eliminating the need to go overseas!  Our goal was to make our Customers more competitive locally as well as globally by optimizing the level of quality and efficiency in our plant.

Our 45,000 square foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art production machinery and auxiliary equipment. We can mold the simplest "Polyolefins", Engineering Resins as well as the 100% Recycled  Eco-Responsible Resins.

Our size range of injection molding machines can produce any part required from 1 gram (0.03 ounces) to 6.6 Kg (14.5 pounds). The machines range from 200 tons to 1,000 tons. The facility is equipped with an IQMS (MRP/ERP) system for the ultimate in control and monitoring of the business/production.

We offer part design, mold making, assembly, and packaging if needed - we are truly a one stop shop for our clients!
